WCP Partners With Okland Construction on Banner Project
WCP is proud to partner with Okland Construction to work in the Banner Community. Phase 1 construction consisted of the refresh to 11 floors in 3 Banner support buildings. WCP was provided an opportunity to showcase our interior framing, drywall, finishing, painting, wallcovering and ACT abilities.
Phase 2 will consist of the refresh of the exterior elements to all 3 buildings along with a complete exterior paint to all buildings and parking structures.
Progress Has Been Made on Phoenix Data Center
As data center developments continue to surge in Phoenix, WCP is pleased to work with Holder Construction on the building of a new data center. Our scope of work on this project includes interior and exterior framing, drywall, insulation, fire caulk, wire mesh, expansion joint covers, FRP, painting, acoustic ceilings, and a structural ceiling system.
